1. Copywriter: Ability to visualize and transform ideas and words, writing copy for websites, advertisements, one-liners, slogans etc.
   
   
2. Designer: Should possess strong visualization and drawing skills and will be responsible for designing and converting ideas into eye-catchy visuals. In-depth knowledge of the latest version of Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw is necessary.
   
   
3. Client Servicing / Account Management: Being a major role in generating business for the company, the applicant would be expected to clearly understand the client's needs and expectations and communicate it to the team within the company. Applicant must be a level-headed person with strong communication skills and a pleasant personality. Should possess understanding of softwares like Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver etc.,
   
   
4. HTML programmers: Applicant must have knowledge of website designing. HTML, DHTML and CSS. Knowledge in ASP & JSP would be an added advantage.
   
   
5. Flash Developers: Applicant will be responsible to design and integrate GUIs and associated elements to create professional and user-intuitive navigation schemes. The applicant must possess knowledge in Adobe Flash, Adobe Photoshop, XML, Understanding of HTML, built-in classes, and Object-Oriented Programming. In addition to this, the applicant should possess proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
